Refund policy

Last updated 19 August 2026. This policy applies to paid Panel FlowHub programs and workshops invoiced by the studio. The website itself has no checkout. Mandate retainers follow the letter of engagement if it differs.

Eligibility

A full refund is available if you cancel a program seat in writing at least ten calendar days before the first module and no workbook has been issued. Diagnostic observer seats follow the same rule with a five-day notice because the chair is harder to refill.

Timeframe

Write to info@panel-flowhub.digital. We confirm receipt within two working days and complete an approved refund within fourteen working days after confirmation.

Full or partial refunds

If you cancel between nine and three days before the first module, we refund 50% of the seat fee to cover materials already printed and the reserved room. After the first module begins, seat fees are not refunded, except where Taiwan consumer law requires otherwise or where we cancel the cohort.

Plant-gate workshops: if we have already booked travel, documented travel at cost is deducted from any refund. Board-side desk monthly fees already invoiced for a started month are not refunded; unused future months in a minimum term may be discussed if we agree the conflict check failed on our side.

Non-refundable items

Issued case packs, personal workbooks, and third-party venue deposits passed through at cost are not refundable once delivered or paid. Ledger walk half-days are not refundable after the session has started.

Process

Email from the address on the invoice, quote the invoice number, and state whether you want a refund or a transfer of the seat to a named colleague in the same group. Transfers are preferred when the first module has not started.

Processing time and method

Refunds return to the original bank account or card used for the invoice, in New Taiwan dollars unless the invoice was in another currency. Bank charges levied by your bank are yours. We do not send cash.

Cancellation by the studio

If we cancel a cohort, you receive a full refund of the seat or a place on the next date, at your choice. We are not liable for your hotels or flights.

Exceptions

If a typhoon warning or government order prevents the North District room from opening, we reschedule; that is not a refund event unless we cannot offer a date within sixty days. If you are refused a seat after a conflicts check (for example, we already sit with the other side of a live creditor negotiation), you receive a full refund of any prepaid seat.
