Prices below are published so a treasurer can budget. They are not an offer to sell online. Payment terms, if we work together, appear in a letter of engagement. There is no checkout on this site.

Half-day

Ledger walk

A partner and an analyst sit with your trial balance, related-party list, and latest facility letters. You leave with a one-page sequence, not a 40-slide pack.

  • Up to four participants from one group
  • Held in our North District room or by video
  • Does not include lender-facing drafting

Program

Reconstruction studio

NT$ 96,000

The flagship six-module course on balance-sheet reconstruction, including cohort office hours. See the syllabus.

  • Twelve contact hours plus two office-hour slots
  • Workbook and anonymised case pack
  • Seat is personal; no recordings for the open market

On-site

Plant-gate workshop

NT$ 142,000

Two days at your facility for operations, finance, and a lender observer if you invite one. Built around carve-out or working-capital triage, not a generic offsite.

  • Travel inside Taiwan included; overnight stays billed at cost
  • Maximum sixteen people in the room
  • Follow-up memo within five working days

Retainer

Board-side desk

From NT$ 55,000 / month

A named partner available for minutes review, lender-call prep, and a monthly claims map. Minimum three months. Scope is written; we will not “just hop on a call” without a paper trail.

  • Eight hours of partner time, unused hours do not roll forever
  • Conflicts check before we accept a creditor-side seat
  • Litigation and tax remain with other firms
